What a ride it has been. Worked in Lincoln at the Journal-Star for a few years and then at Central States Distributing. Central States sold to a company in Harrison, AR and the rest is history. I moved here in June, 1980 and have never felt like too much of a Yankee! Worked for the company for a couple of years and then, in August of 1982 went to work selling radio advertising. I left there as sales manager in January 2017.
Married husband number 1 in July of 1989 and helped raise David and Abi. I think they were the reason I got married in the first place! Divorced in 2000 and still have a great relationship with both kids and my grandson.
Too independent for my own good, I lived alone and "did my thing" until I met this tall, tattooed dork named Terry House in September, 2006. He grew on me like a black mold and finally won me over. It's been the best relationship I can ever remember. Nearly 15 years later, it's still amazing.
